Definition Pre-Booking

FREE, far in advance, Pre-Booking to reserve a place on the CrossRoads for a Race, Regatta or Cruise is a concept developed by Global-Unlimited. It assures the Client that he is a crew-member without paying a deposit or an administration fee.  And it assures the Company that when the day comes that Team CrossRoads really compete with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 participants. Otherwise it is no fun; no adrenaline sailing adventure which we are all looking for.

Therefore, the Company’s focus is on Pre- Bookings.

Absolutely FOR FREE the first 6 participants book a place in a Race, Regatta or Cruise and that place will be directly reserved. This is on a First Come, First Served basis. If there are more participants, we will inform them directly. They will be offered the possibility to choose for another programme at 10% discount, to be placed on a waiting list or – if they please – to opt out and to search for other offerings.

60 Days before the event takes place, the Pre-Bookers will receive a payment notification. If payment has not been received within 7 days, the Pre-Booker will lose the right on a place on board the CrossRoads for that event.

Vice versa, if the required bottom-line of 4 participants is not met (but only 1, 2 or 3 Pre-Bookers have shown interest), then these Pre-Bookers can choose for another programme at 10% discount or s opt out and to search for other offerings.
